Upgrade credit uses retained onboarding payments, net of refunds, for the same facility and the onboarding rate in effect when you upgrade. The estimate uses today’s rates. Training is self-service and is not included in onboarding.
Onboarding covers supported data migration, phone configuration and number assignment, and email/calendar setup. Training is self-service through our walkthrough library as it becomes available.
Optional mail and human call-center services are billed at actual vendor cost, net of credits. Payment processing, messaging, AI voice and managed hosting are separately disclosed charges.
For customers Kodiak sources: 10% of collected base rent for the first 12 months, capped at one initial contracted month of base rent. Existing customers and operator-owned traffic are excluded. Attribution and invoicing terms are agreed before activation.
